Introduction
Bio-PK is where psychokinesis (physical influence of an object/person through a person's mind) physically affects a living organism. An example of bio-PK is the character Samuel and his 'healing-hands', whereby he could apparently heal the sick and dying through laying his hands on them. Another example is Jesus and his healiong hands, where he cured people through placing his hands on them.
Some more examples
Some more examples of possible bio-PK include Reiki and other forms of energy healing. If these practices did heal people, they would be good examples of bio-PK. They are supposed to involve an exchange of energy from the practitioner's hands to the client's physical body where the hands are laid. Another possible example is healing through prayer.
In a book by Jon Ronson called Men Who Stare At Goats, which was also made into a film and is a true story, a group of men as part of a new project, try to facilitate their psychic abilities in order to help the army, including having a go at remote viewing. Before it was called off, there was at one point a time when the project involved an attempt at stopping goats' heart merely by willing the goat to die with their mind whilst staring at the goat. That's a good example of bio-PK.
